4. Only new thing that happened this week is her closet is almost done. (all it needs is some paint) DH was going to do it yesterday but I made him stay in bed with me all day. ;) It wasn't to hard to convince him
5. She had her name about 5 minutes after we found out she was a girl. DH was adimit about Chloe and it was on my list. So that was that

4. Team Blue! walls are green, its a jungle theme type bedding. Mostly monkeys on it. Room is painted furnature bought and in the room, registered, letters up - looking for wall art now.

6. we registered at BRU and Target. No favorite per se.
7. 24 week appointment on Thurday.
1. 2nd tri is definitely the honeymoon trimester-- I feel like superwoman right now :)
ReplyDelete2. I had my first experience with RLP, and OUCH!
3. I started thinking about a birth plan before I got KU-- definitely writing one out.
4. Team Green, and waiting to start on the nursery until our big renovation is completed in early June-- nothing like waiting until the last minute :) good thing Sprout will be sleeping in our (new) bedroom for the first few months
5. we agree on our two front runners-- I'd like to have some backup names (just in case I don't feel like LO looks like our first choice name), but DH is pretty set with what we already have chosen
6. registered at BRU and PBK-- I'm totally in love with the stroller for which we registered, so much so that we bought it for ourselves ;)
7. I turned 30 over the weekend and had the best birthday EVER-- and the most amazing and loving DH, family and friends!

3. I'm going to just talk to doc about it, MAY try sans epi, haven't decided for sure.
4. Team BLUE baby! My nursery will be very calming, not blue-crazed. White crib, etc, but soft paisley bedding. I will be using crib bumpers too!
5. We have picked LO's name, not telling anyone IRL, but it's LUCIAN!! We just decided. Pronounced (LOO-SHEN)Means light.
6. Yes! I really want my peg perego car seat, ergo and uppa baby stroller system!
7. I just want to make my next benchmark of 27 weeks, and keep baby healthy and strong till 37-40 weeks! I seriously can't wait to meet him, hold him and change his dipaers! I had my first dream with my son, and I just stared at him in awe and watched him sleep.

3. Have you started thinking about a birthing plan? Are you going to write one out or just wing it!? Yes, and yes I will write one out because I KNOW what I want, and dont think I will be thinking that clearly at that time...

5. Have you started talking names yet? Do you and DH tend to agree or disagree when it comes to names? DH named him and I agreed to Jackson Todd (Todd is DH's middle name also)
6. Have you registered? Where and what's your FAV. must have registry item? Yes, and probably my bottles...(I am picky, and I chose Avent hoping LO will take to them, because there aren't so many aprts to wash and they vent, reducing colic)
7. Anything else you want to share??? I am having two showers, and one will be a couples cook-out :)

4. Team blue--doing a baby bird theme, just bought some adorable fabric--can't wait to start sewing!
5. We are going with an Irish name, but will wait until we meet him to decide for sure
6. Registered at Target and will hit up BBB this week. I really want the Chicco Cortina travel system.
7. Had my best friend over to watch the Oscars last night, and the baby gave her a nice kick! She is the only other than me and DH who have gotten to feel him, so that was pretty cool :)

4. We are on Team Blue! Tristan is on his way. Most of the nursery will be Pooh related lol. We already have all the big stuff, really don't need much else.
5. Tristan is is first name for sure! We are having trouble deciding on a MN. It's between Cole and Alexander. I think I'm leaning more towards Cole. Idk
6. I have. At BRU and Walmart. Umm. Some outfits are my fav lol
7. I felt my first kick from the outside on 3-6, and so did DH :) Next appt is 3-17, can't wait to hear my little boy's heartbeat again

3. Well my birthing plan is pretty much written for me. I am having a scheduled c-section.
4. Team Pink! And we are re-using everything from DD1 as far as bedding. We plan to start painting near the end of the month/beginning of next month.
5. We have no idea what we are going to name this little girl!
6. No registry since this is baby #2 for us. But I highly recommend the FP papasan swing and the moby wrap. Also sheet savers for the crib!
7. I'm excited because I just schedule a "gender confirmation" ultrasound for Sunday and the place is having a special so we will go back for a 3D u/s next month for free! Can't wait to see the baby again. We are pretty sure of the sex but just want that assurance before we go pink crazy again :)
1.) I have no complaints!!! Feeling good through this entire pregnancy

3.) Wing it - have decided to go with midwives and not a doctor though
4.) We are team GREEN - have a couple of beddings that we like but have not picked ONE yet. And we have not started the baby room yet - YIKES!
5.) We have one boy and one girl name - need to add more names to our list. We seem to dislike the same names - that is why our list is so small!
6. Not yet - but plan to register at BRU and Target.
7. Going on a little babymoon this weekend and then when we return - really need to get baby room ready, register and work on names!!!!

3. We have not thought about a birthing plan. I'll probably have one written out but mostly so that DH and I are on the same page so he can always be my advocate. I'm pretty go with the flow and you gotta do what you gotta do the day of.
4. We find out today (as long as LO cooperates)!!!
5. We have started talking names and have a top 2 or 3 for each gender. We generally like the same names.
6. No registering until after we find out!

I found some really cute bedding with rocket ships on it (in blues, greens, and browns). I want to paint the walls green and find some rocket/robot prints and toys to decorate with. But I wan to avoid going overboard.

7. Anything else you want to share??? I had the weirdest dream last night- I could see the babies eyeballs move across my stomach. it was honestly a little creepy!

ReplyDelete- I have honestly felt pretty good the entire time, no M/S just some mild indigestion and some minor back pain...I am very thankful!
2. Any new symptoms (or disappearing symptoms) this week?
- Nope, other than I feel like my feet have grown and I barely wear heels anymore which kinda sucks!
3. Have you started thinking about a birthing plan? Are you going to write one out or just wing it!?
- I haven't thought about it much yet, but we signed up for our birthing class last, which will start when I am 31 weeks, so I am sure I will think about it more after that. At this point, I know I want an Epi, I am too much of a chicken to go natural!

- Team Pink, crib & mattress are purchased along with a ton of clothes. Nothing has been washed yet and I will probably wait until after my shower in April to remove tags. My mom is sewing the crib set, so far she has the comforter and the dust ruffle done - things are looking really good!

- We have pretty similar tastes, we had a girl and boy name pretty much picked out before we even knew the sex! Arden Liliana for a girl, and if we had a boy it would have been Asher Reed

- at Target and BRU, no favorites yet, tried to keep it pretty basic and register for essentials

3. Yes on the birthing plan and I think we'll be finalizing it at our birthing class in early May! Still trying to let our moms down easily that they won't be in the room with us.....
4. Team Blue! It seems like there are a lot of BOYS for this July group. Hmmmm!
We are doing a simple colorful room, polka dot bedding, lots of colorful fabric totes on the shelves and my HD is working on some art for the walls. We are hopefully moving in the Fall so we're not painting and going too crazy, we want it all to be mobile!

6. BRU and Target! We wanted the BOB revolution stroller so badly (we're both runners) that we just bought it for ourselves! Very excited to get our pack and play bassinet!
7. Had an ultrasound on Friday and we're in the clear zone, my issue with my placenta has not gotten any worse and I have no restrictions! Another U/S at 32 weeks to makes sure it stays that way! :)

3. Have you started thinking about a birthing plan? Are you going to write one out or just wing it!? Write it, it will say NO CHEERLEADERS alowed (although I was one), also it will Say I am the boss do as I ask =) and deliever me a healthy baby.

Not sure I will believe it till she is here. We have a DS and I thought it was another DS. We were going green, but glad we didn't it took a few minutes to adjust
